Lucas Jenkins is a Toronto-based entrepreneur working at the intersection of technology and traditional industries.
His career began with a simple idea: apply the lessons learned in business school to real-world challenges. Since then, he has focused on building and scaling companies that solve practical problems. Lucas co-founded JEMI Technology & Consulting, where he works on growth strategy, partnerships, and helping businesses adopt modern tools such as artificial intelligence. He also co-founded Rendoodle, a home renovation platform designed to bring a more streamlined, digital experience to an industry that has long relied on outdated processes.
He is particularly interested in industries that are often overlooked by technology. Construction, building supply, and other legacy sectors hold significant untapped potential, and he believes that small, thoughtful improvements can create meaningful impact without adding unnecessary complexity.
Before entering the business world, Lucas spent years competing in hockey and varsity soccer at Wilfrid Laurier University while earning his BBA. Those experiences shaped his approach to challenges today: stay consistent, stay disciplined, and keep moving forward.
Outside of work, Lucas stays active, pursues his interest in aviation, and supports community initiatives across Ontario. His involvement includes youth sports programs, children’s healthcare, and mental health awareness efforts.
He is always looking to learn, build, and connect with people who are working on meaningful ideas.
